Research and Development
Our technical Research & Development Division employs many qualified technicians, including a professor-rank senior engineer, and 3 senior engineers. Moreover, 90% of the staff in this section have an educational background of senior college level or higher.Divided into a Technical Engineering Section, Equipment Engineering Section, Inspection Instrument Research Section, and a Comprehensive Research Lab, each team in the department has their own separate areas of responsibility.

Name:Fully automatic numerically controlled grinding line
Description:Description:This grinding line consists of a fully automatic numerically controlled dual-end face grinder, a centerless grinder, an internal grinder, a slot grinder and a groove grinder. With the line equipped with CNC units, the feed system is driven through an AC servo and ball screw, and a plasma touch-screen display is used to show operational status. Using active measurement units and external automatic detection units for feedback control of the grinder's feed-system, automatic control over the machined dimensions and processing capacity is achieved. Parallel passage-connection is also used to avoid collision between working pieces and maintain product quality.

Description:This assembly line is used for washing bearing races, sorting inner and external groove dimensions, matching, assembling and riveting holders, demagnetizing and washing finished products, and automatic greasing and capping of finished bearings. It uses a PLC flexible control system to avoid collision between pieces, meanwhile also improving the quality of riveting, greasing and capping.

This apparatus is used in combination with a methanol low temperature cracking machine to realize non-oxidation hardening and provide grade-3 heat treatment for inner structures of hardened and tempered Gcr15 material.
